Merit Cars presents this 1978 Chevrolet Corvette C3 Silver Anniversary, a very nicely presented example with the desirable combination of Silver Metallic over Medium Red leather, matching numbers and glass T-tops. This is the special 25th Anniversary Corvette, finished in Silver Metallic (13L) with a Medium Red leather interior (722). The original 25th Anniversary emblems remain on the nose, steering wheel and fuel door. The car presents very well overall. The silver paint has a nice appearance with only a few chips and scratches, and the glass is nice throughout. The interior appears original and is in good condition, with nice seats and good carpets. Mechanically, the Corvette is in very good running and driving condition. The engine starts easily and runs smoothly, the transmission shifts nicely, and the car drives straight. The headlights operate properly, going up and down as they should. The odometer shows 70,330 miles. The underside appears clean and solid. One of the highlights of this Corvette is the glass T-top setup. The silver glass T-tops give the car a particularly attractive appearance and make it much more enjoyable to drive on a nice day. The car comes with rubber floor mats and covers for the T-tops. The spare tire and spare-tire cover are missing.
