Merit Cars presents this 1973 Triumph GT6, a nicely restored example that presents well, drives very nicely and is ready to be enjoyed. Finished in Carmine Red (82) with a black interior (C11), this GT6 has the desirable overdrive transmission and Panasport alloy wheels. The car was lovingly restored approximately 10 years ago by its previous owner, including an engine rebuild, repaint and replacement of the seats. The GT6 presents well all around. The paint and chrome are in good presentable condition, and all of the glass is nice. The black interior is clean and attractive, with the wood dashboard showing a nice shine and the seats intact. Mechanically, the car is in very good running and driving condition. The engine runs smoothly, the car drives straight and strong, and the transmission, exhaust and other major components perform and sound as they should. The desirable overdrive is an especially nice feature for anyone planning to actually drive and enjoy the car. The spare tire area is clean and the underside is very solid. The car comes with a spare wheel and some additional parts. There are a few cosmetic items worth noting. The engine hood and roof have some heat-related marks/stickiness from a tarp that was apparently left against the paint. These may respond to buffing or detailing, but we have not attempted to correct them. The car was owned and restored by a gentleman who passed away in January 2026. We subsequently purchased the GT6 from his brother, who was handling his estate. Overall, this is a solid, nicely presented GT6 with desirable overdrive that drives very well and is ready to be enjoyed. Price: $11,950
