Merit Cars presents this exceptionally nice 1973 MGB Roadster, finished in beautiful Carmine Red with a black interior. Equipped with the desirable overdrive transmission and chrome wire wheels, this is a particularly attractive example of the classic chrome-bumper MGB. The car received a cosmetic restoration approximately seven years ago. During that work, it was repainted, the interior was redone with leather seats, new carpets were installed, and a new convertible top was fitted. The results are impressive. The paint is of very high quality, with a deep shine throughout, and all the chrome is in excellent condition. The black interior is very clean and presents beautifully. The leather seats, carpets, and dashboard area all contribute to the car's excellent overall appearance. The convertible top is like new. Mechanically, this MGB is in very good working condition. The engine runs smoothly and delivers good power. The transmission shifts easily, and the overdrive is a particularly desirable feature. The car runs and drives exceptionally well. The trunk is very clean, and the underside is in very nice, solid condition. The car comes with a boot cover, spare wheel, jack, floor mats, repair manual, owner's manual, and knockoff hammer. This is an extremely attractive example of a chrome-bumper MGB, with the right color combination, desirable options, excellent presentation, and an enjoyable driving experience. It is a car that can be proudly displayed at shows and equally enjoyed on the road.
