Merit Cars proudly presents this beautiful 1969 Triumph TR6, an early-production example finished in classic Signal Red (32) over a Black (11) interior. Having spent most of its life in California, this TR6 is loaded with enthusiast-desired features including the factory overdrive transmission, chrome wire wheels, factory steel hardtop and the desirable HE-specification engine. Early TR6s equipped with the HE engine featured higher compression and a more aggressive camshaft profile, giving these cars the lively performance that made the TR6 one of Britain's most successful sports cars. This example underwent an extensive restoration during the late 1990s and early 2000s. The car was comprehensively refinished and rebuilt, and it continues to present beautifully today.
